Five Things Clueless Diners Do - Part Two

Seen on the dining circuit:

Eat from what prior diners left while waiting for the table or
counter to be cleared;

Tip a maitre de with S&H green stamps to get a good table;

Pocket a tip;

Devour most of an entrée, complain about the food and then
expect it to be taken off the bill;

Order catsup in a French restaurant.
